:Our plans show either Robart retracts or struts or fixed wire gear, also available are quality landing gear made for our planes by other manufacturers such as Sierra Giant Scale, Century Jet and others. Which ever gear you choose you should have it on hand when you start construction to make any changes needed for mounting or make adjustments and check fitting. The same holds for mounting of engines other than those shown on the plan. We recommend 1oz fiberglass cloth and ZAP Z-poxy finishing resin to cover our balsa sheeted designs and Stits covering and painting System or Solartex covering on designs with open structure. Epoxy paints give best resistance to gasoline and cracking. We now carry laser cut short wood kits for our plans that contain all the parts that you would other wise have to cut by hand from balsa and plywood, it does not include sheet or stick wood. There are many kit cutters such as Precision Cut Kits that make a very fine full wood kits that contains all the sheet, stick wood and laser cut parts to build the model from our plans and fiberglass fuse versions. We now have fiberglass fuselages available for some of our designs and we are adding to the list all the time. We carry many scale items (props, RED5vinyl graphic sets, exhaust, pilots, etc.) for our designs, check our Scale Items section.
